Overview
Famed Oklahoma artist Charles Banks Wilson lived and worked most of his life in Miami, Oklahoma. He is nationally acclaimed as a lithographer and painter and has his work hanging in virtually every museum featuring western art. Charles Banks Wilson painted the magnificent murals installed in the rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol building, as well as famous portraits of famous Oklahomans found throughout the Capitol building. His series of lithographs of the Last Full-Bloods documents an important chapter in American History.
